Had a couple of rainy days but today was sunny, and the lawnmower was got out - first and last cut I think. Lunch outside, and some wood sorting and chopping - for the pizza oven as well as the fires.
Last time the oven was not hot enough, and the pizzas took 15 - 20 minutes to do. This time the I built a huge fire, and the oven got up to 400 degrees C and the pizzas took all of 2 minutes to do - which is the correct time.
An awful lot of wood for just two pizzas though - we will maybe try roasting a chicken or something with the spare heat next time!

Looks like you've done the perfect job, Bill! I agree it seems a lot of wood for just two pizzas, and in fact it pays to have not just chicken but a couple of other casseroles, and perhaps a cake or a quiche to go...
